Hi, I am Diego!
Hello there, I am so excited to meet you! My name is Diego and I am a young French Bulldog working as a safety officer. I hope you are having a wonderful day full of treats, tricks, and adventure. Read on to know more about me and my adventure buddies, The Safety Guy and the crew!
About Me
I was born in a place called San Diego, just like my name! I was wandering around one day when I found a tall concrete giant, still in the process of being built. I could see many people walking around wearing yellow vests and hats. It was a delightful adventure, waiting to be experienced, and I couldn’t wait to dip my paws in. As I entered and started to explore the giant’s belly, I was picked up by a kind human known as The Safety Guy, and now he is my best friend. We work together as safety buds to make sure everyone working with the giant to help it grow is safe and protected.
My Book
The Safety Guy recently told me that he and Mimi have written a book about all the adventures we have had together, and I want to share it with you! From fetching goggles, barking to alert for danger, and guiding visitors on tour, I have done it all. You can learn about these adventures and many more in the book, titled “Safety Dog Diego Gets Adopted”.
What I Do
As mentioned in the book, I have lots of important duties as a safety officer for the concrete giant. Some of them are:
Fetching
When someone needs something from far away, I am the dog for the job!
I fetch goggles, safety equipment and of course, sticks to play with!
Barking
I keep my eyes peeled for any danger around, nothing escapes my attention.
Whenever I see something scary, I bark to make sure the workers are alerted!
Guiding on Tours
Many people who come to see the concrete giant don’t know about the dangerous spots.
I walk with them to make sure they don’t get lost or hurt.
